There are several parks in the "Waco area" near Lake Waco, but the largest of them is William Cameron Park on the Brazos River. The vast Waca Lake and its extensive Lake Park offer an amazing variety of outdoor activities. And there's a good chance you don't have to be near the river itself, as the W Baylor River Safari also offers the chance to "see" it from the perspective of a fixer - above.
